K.D. Wesley Leadership Academy develops confident scholars and compassionate leaders through academic excellence, character development, and a community that believes in every child.
K.D. Wesley Leadership Academy is a private school community built on a simple conviction: every child deserves an education that challenges the mind and shapes the character. Here, rigorous academics and intentional leadership development go hand in hand, from a child's first classroom experience to the cusp of adolescence.
We currently welcome scholars at three pivotal stages — Pre-Kindergarten 4, Kindergarten, and 6th Grade — and we give each of them the same promise: high expectations, genuine care, and the tools to become the leaders their communities need.

Scholars practice leading — in the classroom, among peers, and in their community — until leadership becomes habit.
Integrity, respect, and responsibility are taught as deliberately as reading and mathematics.
Every scholar is known, challenged, and celebrated. Success is measured one child at a time.
Whether you are enrolling a scholar, joining our team, or investing in our mission, there is a place for you at K.D. Wesley Leadership Academy.
