We are building the founding team for K.D. Wesley Leadership Academy's opening in August 2027 — educators and leaders who share our commitment to Christ-centered formation, academic excellence, and leadership development.
Joining K.D. Wesley means helping shape a new school from the ground up. In our first year we serve Pre-Kindergarten 4, Kindergarten, and 6th Grade, then add a grade each year as our first class moves up.
As a founding team member, you will help set the culture, traditions, and standards every future class inherits.
Serve within a ministry of Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, where faith is the foundation of all learning and leadership.
Help develop the leadership and service-learning thread that runs through every grade and sets our scholars apart.
As the academy adds a grade each year, new roles and leadership opportunities will grow alongside it.
We are currently hiring our Head of School. Teaching positions for our founding year will be posted here as they open.
Lead K.D. Wesley Leadership Academy through its founding year. The Head of School will select curriculum, hire and develop our early childhood and 6th-grade teachers, build the school calendar, policies, and handbooks, prepare the academy for accreditation, and shape the leadership-development and service-learning program that distinguishes our scholars.
